GlobalWeb.ai does not hold customer funds, customer domains, customer cryptocurrencies, or any other customer assets at any time. Any transaction contemplated by a Site participant is subject to a separately negotiated written agreement between the counterparties and, where customary, to a licensed third-party escrow provider chosen by the counterparties.

No tokenization at this time

No tokenized interest in GlobalWeb.ai or any other domain is currently being offered, issued, or distributed through the Site. The settlement-path panel references "future on-chain compatible" as a description of potential downstream infrastructure; it is not an offer of any tokenized security or digital asset.

Regulatory posture

Any future evolution of GlobalWeb.ai toward transaction, settlement, or custody functionality will be designed in conjunction with qualified regulatory counsel. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, or through binding arbitration administered under AAA commercial rules if mutually elected.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobalWeb.ai and its affiliates, officers, directors, members, managers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or (b) the amount paid by you to GlobalWeb.ai in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• any decision to purchase, sell, hold, transfer, register, renew, pledge, abandon, or litigate a domain name made in whole or in part in reliance on Site content;
• any representation by you to a third party that the Site bears characteristics of a regulated securities exchange, alternative trading system, broker-dealer, or custodial entity that it does not in fact bear.

We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you will cooperate with our defense at your expense. You will not settle any such claim without our prior written consent.
